Shipping
Allure Collection can ship anywhere in the world but some items cannot be shipped to
all International addresses. We will not be responsible for any tax, tariffs or customs
fees. Shipping fees are based on size, weight and zip code. You will have choices in
your cart to select how quickly you would like your order shipped. Allure Collection has no control with shipments held up in customs.

What can I return?
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Allure Co within 15 days
of delivery for a full refund less a 10% restocking fee. Allure will not be responsible
for crediting shipping fees for going out or return shipping. All fine jewelry, personalized or custom orders may not be returned
or exchanged.

When will I get my refund?
Usually in about 2-3 weeks. Most refunds are processed in 3-5 business days after we receive,
process and analyze the condition your return. It must be in new, original condition.

Does Allure offer replacements and exchanges?
Yes, you can create replacement and exchange orders in brand new condition within 15 days of delivery by emailing us direct at shopallureco@yahoo.com.
If you would like to exchange an item for another, you can exchange for a different size or
color if the item is available.
